New Info From An Inside Source

An anonymous inside source recently revealed that Rainbow Of Hope manager, Kevin Cook, confirmed there is a State investigation being conducted at the facility. It is said that the State of New Jersey is investigating allegations of abuse and neglect in relation to the facility staff.

More Lies And Unethical Behavior By The Rainbow Of Hope Management & Staff

The recent absence of a veteran staff member caused parents to inquire about when he would be returning to work. The management and staff of Rainbow Of Hope told parents and their children that this particular staff member "decided to quit and pursue other options." However, it was discovered and proven that the management and staff not only outright lied to parents, but also lied to the children they claim to care for.

It has been proven that this particular staff member complained to manager Kevin Cook and program coordinator Lisa Polite about the inattentive and unprofessional behavior of his coworkers. This staff member reported his coworkers for watching television, surfing the internet, and cursing at the children. The complaining and righteous staff member was subsequently fired. Does it make sense to fire the one who attempts to set things right? It seems this staff member was punished for doing the right thing. The parents felt secure knowing their children were supervised by him. The children told their parents that this particular staff member made them feel safe, protected and valued. He was the staff member that parents could get a straight answer from. He was never seen sleeping or neglecting the children like other staff is known to do.

And how do we know this? Because an inside source documented and reported this. It was reported that Wayne Wilson and Bridget Perez were witnessed celebrating the dismissal of this staff member and Wayne Wilson is directly quoted as stating, "It's about time this happened!" Of course Wayne Wilson is constantly observed texting and talking on his private cell phone by parents. Bridget Perez has been observed sleeping on the living room couch by parents while the children are running about the house unsupervised. One thing is for certain... none of the kids had the unsupervised opportunity to choke another kid when this former staff member was working there.

It's deplorable that Rainbow Of Hope management can conceive an outright lie, sell it to the staff, and then unload it on parents and the children in the facility. The children-residents are penalized for lying. So why should Kevin Cook get away with it? Experienced, confident, and able managers don't lie. They don't need to. I rest my case on that note.

  1. i would like to inquire about posting a remark on the website that i have quoted. these words that came from the mouth of one of my old peers whom i lived with at the rainbow of hope group home facility called recently, due to it being a month's time up and lack of over-stepping boundaries. she was told by rainbow staff that the day my father came to sign me out in discharge form, though it was a rushed situation (my dad and i were done with the program and enthused to get out and start our lives again.) i was told i could not say bye to any of my 8 peers, and they were brought the the basement, away from my "unsafe environment." they were told my dad was drunk and had hit me, and that was why they couldn't say bye. it was traumatizing and i'd like to reclaim the truth. the rainbow of hope staff had clearly ruined my night of reunitinh with my family and household. not even a picture was allowed to be left, and no remnants of me are ever claimed to be there, just rude remarks of gossip claimed by a brdget perez and wayne wilson.

  2. Unfortunately this directly relates to how often and how well the management of Rainbow Of Hope tells lies. Interviews have proven that your father was astute enough to recognize many serious problems with the Rainbow Of Hope facility and had your safety in mind when he signed you out. Also, interviews with the former nurse and a former staff member have confirmed that your father WAS NOT drunk and there was nothing to support any claim that he had hit you. It's easier for Rainbow Of Hope management to spin yarns and tell tales like that rather than face the idea that their program isn't working. As a final note, Bridget Perez and Wayne Wilson have been mentioned by name to investigators.

  4. i'm not sure what you are refering to, but i don't appreciate you posting rumors let alone about me but towards me. i did not try to kill myself recently. nor since i was at bridgeton before i even went to rainbow. i am sure people working at ROH have plenty to say, and so do many young informatives, but honestly, petty rumors like this make me laugh; it's highschool stuff. and my father didn't try to admit me, so don't tell me what my father did and didn't do for a fact <3 kthx. oh and btw, i'm not sick hon :] i'm doing a lot better, and laying in a bath tub with rice? hm. yet another weird comment that i have no clue as to what you are refering to. just the fact that you've remained nameless shows how pathetic this is, and that you're indeed poorly informed. and to be honest, that's just you being clueles and i'm sorry that you have such little mentality.
